Hi, I’m Barb

Being licensed for the last 20 plus years has allowed me a front row seat to hair trends coming and going. Right now is a really great time for hair: styles can be softer and more natural looking, or bold and makes a statement. Science is evolving to ensure your hair stays in the best shape possible no matter what your hair goal. Currently, there is a beautiful balance between art and science. I have so much at my fingertips to make you and your hair look and feel its’ best. There isn’t much I don’t feel confident doing, but I especially enjoy; shorter styles, finer textures, and non-binary styles where I get to pair creativity with my deep compassion and empathy - you are safe with me… Making people feel beautiful inside and out is my passion, hair is my gateway to that. 

If I’m not at the salon… I'm out with my dog, photographing something generally overlooked, taking a drive to nowhere in particular, or geeking out in a garden.

Haircuts

  • Short on time? No shampoo, no blow dry, just come in and I’ll polish you up. For existing clients only. Arrive with your hair clean and dry, and styled how you normally wear it. 

    Not all hair qualifies for this service 

  • Returning clients, collar length and above, or very fine texture.

  • We've seen each other before, but you’re looking for a change. Or, we’re new to each other, but you’re pretty content with your hair, it just needs a bit of maintenance.

  • New haircut, new salon, new hairdresser, new experience… 

    You will receive lots of hair love and education. I’ll answer your  hair questions and give you styling tips and lessons.

  • Service offered for clients with existing bangs needing to be freshened-up.

Hair Color

  • Not quite sure what you want moving forward? Come in and let’s chat. We’ll discuss your goals, budget, timeline, and get you booked for the appropriate service before you leave.

  • If you are looking for a glaze, gray blending, or root touch-up; using permanent or semi-permanent color, this is your service.

    Includes a blowout.

Blowdry

  • Includes a relaxing shampoo and head massage at the sink and a blow dry.

    Includes use of hot tools if needed.

  • 30 min $45 - Maintaining your current style

    60 min $75 - Changing things up

  • A few well placed foils, or balayage pieces around your face and part line. To be added on to any color services. 

    Includes a glaze if needed.
