With 20+ years in the beauty industry and a foundation built on Aveda training, Jen brings master-level expertise to every chair. Certified in corrective color, balayage, bridal hair and makeup, and a full range of cutting techniques, she's as comfortable with a seamless gray blend as she is with a bold color correction. Her signature approach — effortless, purposeful looks tailored to your lifestyle and hair type — means you leave not just looking good, but knowing how to maintain it. As an Arete Professional Educator, she's as invested in the craft as she is in the person sitting in her chair.

With 20+ years behind the chair, she's seen every trend come and go — and right now, she's loving where hair is headed. Specializing in shorter styles, finer textures, and non-binary hair, she pairs deep technical expertise with genuine compassion and creativity. No matter your hair goal, you're in confident, caring hands.

Micaela took the scenic route to cosmetology — from Maine Maritime Academy to the corporate world to Paul Mitchell — and the journey shows. She brings a rare blend of hair styling and makeup artistry to every appointment, with a specialty in weddings, events, and photoshoots where she helps clients feel radiant for life's biggest moments. Personal, warm, and genuinely curious about the people in her chair — she'll probably remember your pet's name before yours.

Lauren is The Hair Garden's blonding enthusiast — Ready to bring your hair . Since graduating cosmetology school in 2022, she's built a chair where every client feels comfortable, heard, and at ease. Whether you want to chat through your whole appointment or simply unwind in silence, Lauren meets you exactly where you are.

SALON DOG

Archie (brown) is the newest member of our team. We don't know if he's 100% Shih Tzu, but we do know he is 100% adorable. He can usually be found sitting in Audrey’s clients lap as he is her shadow. He's really into toys and will be happy to play with you while you wait for your appointment to begin. Make sure you keep an eye out for him as he is always underfoot, and under the chairs.

SALON DOG

Gus (gray) is the resident salon dog. He will be happy to sit in your lap during your appointment, as long as you keep up the petting. If he’s not on your lap he’s probably sunbathing or doing somersaults on the couch until he gets cozy. Next time you’re in the salon, don’t forget to give him some love.
