Pets are only allowed upon request unless they are a service dog. Must not be vocal animals. 

The connecting storage room has a door that allows privacy from the studio. 

The restroom can be located outside of the studio, or inside the salon. If the studio is booked after salon hours, the bathroom will not be accessible. 

Parking can be found on the street, or inside the parking garage located at 15 Pearl St. Biddeford, 04005. 

Any clothing and accessories inside the studio and storage room will be available for use during your photoshoot.

Please leave the studio as you found it. This includes discarding any and all trash. If you have large items of trash, please take them with you. 

If anything has been damaged you will be responsible for either replacing the item or paying for the full price of the item/damage. 

No smoke bombs or fog machines are permitted for use in the studio unless the salon is closed. The salon is closed on Sundays. Please reach out if you have further questions regarding this.

There will be a maximum of 10 people in the studio at 1x. If this is a salon working day, (Tuesday-Saturdays) please be aware of how much noise you are making. Larger bookings are best reserved for times when the salon is closed. If you have questions about this, please reach out.

Unfortunately, due to this being a commercial space, we are unable to accommodate the use of marijuana in our space. If you are bringing or consuming edibles of any kind, that is acceptable.

Our space has a 3/4 wall that is open into The Hair Garden. Due to this any kind of excessive smoke will filter into the salon. This means no excessive smoke or displays of fire. Things such as using a lighter as a prop or candles are acceptable ways in which fire can be incorporated.
